Forms part of the Education Consulting Services Agreement (Education Consulting Services Agreement). This is the document a payment processor, a card issuer and a disputing customer will all read first, so it is written to be complete on its own.
1. What you are buying
A professional advisory service, delivered over a defined period by named people, against the deliverables listed in your Service Order. It is not a product, not a subscription to content, and not a guaranteed outcome (Education Consulting Services Agreement §2, Service Scope and No-Guarantee Statement).
Service tiers, typical duration and indicative fee ranges are published on the site. A binding price exists only in a signed Service Order.
2. Currency and price display
Decided (2026-05-04): the contracting and collecting entity is InfiniNova Limited, a Hong Kong company. Every client is invoiced and charged by that Hong Kong entity. Fees are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD), or in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) where your Service Order says so. The currency that applies to you is stated in your Order and shown at checkout before you pay.
2.1 Fee ranges shown on the site in Chinese yuan (CNY) state the equivalent value of the service in the currency most of our families think in. They are indicative ranges for planning, not the charged amount, not a binding quote, and not a fixed exchange rate. The binding figure is the USD (or HKD) amount in your signed Service Order, and published ranges may be revised from time to time.
2.2 Where a CNY figure appears alongside a USD price, it is an equivalent-value reference converted at a rate stated on that page and on that date. The rate moves; the reference figure does not bind either of us.
[ACTION before checkout goes live: every published CNY figure must be visibly labelled as an equivalent-value reference, and the checkout must show the USD or HKD amount that will actually be charged. Showing one currency and charging another without that label is a price-disclosure defect under US and Canadian consumer protection law.]
2.3 The price shown at checkout, in the currency shown, is the price charged. Any conversion and FX spread beyond that is applied by your card issuer, not by us, and we do not control it.
2.4 Prices are exclusive of any sales, use, GST/HST/QST/PST, VAT or similar tax, which is added where applicable and shown before you pay.
2.5 We do not currently accept engagements from US or Canadian residents in that capacity. We serve families applying as residents of mainland China or Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong entity invoices them. If you are a US or Canadian resident and want to work with us, write to support@infini-nova.com first — we will confirm whether we can take the engagement before anything else, and we will not take your money first.
3. What the fee does not cover
Third-party costs are never included unless the Service Order says so in words:
test registration and preparation courses (SAT/ACT/AP/IB/TOEFL/IELTS); competition entry and affiliation fees; summer programmes and pre-college courses; university course fees; research platforms, laboratory equipment, materials and consumables; travel, visas and accommodation; university application fees and score-report fees; document translation and notarisation; and any programme operated by anyone other than us.
You pay these to the third party directly. We do not mark them up, we do not receive a commission on them unless we have disclosed it to you in writing in advance (`06` §3), and we are not responsible for their quality, availability, decisions or refunds.
4. Payment methods, schedule and security
4.1 Accepted: credit and debit card via Stripe or PayPal; and, by arrangement, bank transfer and commercial draft for larger instalments — the payer must be the client named in the Order. Not accepted: cash, and payment to any individual's personal account. Never pay a staff member, mentor or partner personally. If anyone asks you to, it is not us — report it to support@infini-nova.com immediately.
4.2 🔴 We never receive, process or store card numbers, CVV codes, or payment credentials. You enter card details directly with the payment provider. We hold only the provider's transaction reference, the amount, the currency, the status and the billing name and email.
4.3 Stripe [and PayPal] are independent providers with their own terms and privacy policies and act as independent controllers for their own fraud and regulatory purposes. Authorisation timing, holds, declines and reversals follow their rules and your issuer's.
4.4 Instalment schedule. Long-term engagements are billed in instalments tied to the service period, set out in the Service Order. We do not require the full multi-year fee in advance.
Why the schedule matters to you as well as to us. Our liability cap under Education Consulting Services Agreement §11.2 is the amount you have actually paid at the time a claim arises. A schedule that tracks delivery keeps that cap proportionate to what has actually been done. We say this because it is the kind of interaction that is usually left for a customer to discover during a dispute.
4.5 This is not an auto-renewing subscription. We do not store your card for automatic future charges, and no instalment is taken without an invoice issued in advance. If we ever introduce a recurring charge, we will obtain separate express consent, disclose the amount, frequency and cancellation method before the first charge, send a renewal reminder, and provide online cancellation — as US state automatic-renewal laws (California ARL and equivalents) and card network rules require.
4.6 Late payment. We will remind you before we suspend anything. Interest, if charged, is stated in the Service Order at a rate that does not exceed what applicable law allows. We do not charge a penalty dressed as a fee.
4.7 Families in mainland China. Payment is made by an international credit card that is enabled for foreign-currency transactions. Because the merchant is a Hong Kong company and the charge is in USD or HKD, the transaction is a cross-border foreign-currency charge on your card, and that has consequences we do not control and cannot waive:
- your card issuer converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee;
- the charge counts against whatever foreign-currency and cross-border card limits your issuer or your regulator applies to you;
- issuers decline cross-border charges more often than domestic ones, and a decline is the issuer's decision — we see only that it failed, never why;
- large amounts are more likely to be declined or held for verification, which is one practical reason our instalment schedule (§4.4) exists.
We do not operate a mainland-China collection channel, we do not accept payment to any individual's account, and we will not route a payment through a third party to make it look domestic. If your card cannot complete the charge, contact us and we will discuss a bank transfer to the Hong Kong entity's own account (§4.1) — the payer must still be the client named in the Order.
5. Cancellation and refunds
5.1 Cooling-off
For 14 calendar days from signature you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, less only the value of services you expressly asked us to begin and we actually delivered within that window.
To cancel, email support@infini-nova.com saying so. You do not have to give a reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and start the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. We will not ask you to talk to someone first, and we will not make withdrawing the cancellation a condition of anything.
5.2 After the cooling-off period
You may cancel at any time, in writing, to support@infini-nova.com. We refund the unperformed portion of the fee. The calculation is:
`` Refund = Fees paid − Value of services actually delivered and evidenced, up to the cancellation date − Unrecoverable third-party costs we actually incurred on your written instruction ``
"Value of services actually delivered" is measured against the deliverables and cadence in your Service Order — completed assessments, reports, sessions held, reviews delivered — and not as a flat percentage of the fee. We show you the working.
5.3 What we will not do
We will not apply "no refunds under any circumstances". We will not withhold a refund because you complained. We will not require you to sign a release, withdraw a complaint, a review or a chargeback as a condition of being refunded. We will not claim a right of final interpretation over the calculation.
5.4 If we cancel
If we terminate for convenience, for a conflict of interest, for a competence limit, or because we cannot staff the engagement, you receive a full refund of the unperformed portion with no deduction beyond unrecoverable third-party costs incurred on your instruction. If we terminate for cause under Education Consulting Services Agreement §8, §5.2 applies.
5.5 Timing
We issue the written calculation within 5 business days of your request and pay any refund within 10 business days of agreement, to the original payment method wherever possible. Card refunds then take your issuer's own time to appear.
5.6 Pause instead of cancel
Where the reason is temporary — illness, exams, a family event — you may pause for up to 3 months at no charge, once per engagement, and the service period extends accordingly.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Talk to us first. support@infini-nova.com, acknowledged within 1 business day, owner named, fact-finding within 5 business days (the “Complaints, Refunds and Incident Response”). Most billing disputes are a misunderstanding about scope, and we would rather fix it than argue it.
If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer, we will respond factually with the Service Order, the delivery record and this policy. We will not treat a chargeback as a reason to stop dealing with you fairly, and we will not threaten collection to discourage one.
If our response does not satisfy you, your rights under Education Consulting Services Agreement §14 and your local consumer law are unaffected.
7. Invoices, receipts and statement descriptor
You receive an invoice before each instalment and a receipt after each payment, showing the service, period, amount, currency, tax and our legal name.
Your card statement will show `InfiniNova Education`.
Note that the brand on this site is VeyJet, while the statement shows the operating company, InfiniNova Limited — they are the same company. We put this here precisely so that an unfamiliar name on your statement is not a surprise. Statement descriptors are length-limited and may differ slightly from the wording above; the identification on the invoice, the receipt and the signed contract you actually receive governs.
If you still see a charge you do not recognise, write to support@infini-nova.com first. We will tell you which Order and which instalment it belongs to. Asking is almost always faster than raising a chargeback.
8. Fraud and screening
We screen payments for fraud through the provider's tools and may decline or refund a payment where indicators are present, where we cannot verify the payer's authority, or where accepting it would breach applicable law. If we decline, we refund in full without deduction and tell you.
