Service Scope and No-Guarantee Statement
Effective 4 May 2026 · Version v1.0
VeyJet — InfiniNova Limited (星天域有限公司) Contact: support@infini-nova.com
This is the document to read if you want to know exactly what you are getting and what you are not. It is deliberately blunt.
1. What we are
An independent education consulting firm working with Chinese-speaking families on United States undergraduate pathways: pathway assessment, multi-year growth planning, science and engineering project mentorship, and application-season advisory.
Two things make up the service: professional judgment from people inside the North American education system, and a Chinese-language team that carries the plan through day to day.
2. 🔴 What we do not promise
We do not promise, guarantee, predict or insure:
- admission to any school or university, at any level of selectivity;
- a scholarship, financial aid or any specific award;
- a competition result, ranking or placement;
- a research, internship or publication opportunity;
- a test score;
- a visa outcome; or
- any specific improvement in GPA, activity profile or competitiveness.
These depend on the independent decisions of other people and institutions. We have no influence over any of them, and we do not claim to.
What we do take responsibility for is three things, and only three:
| We are responsible for | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Judgment | Our professional assessment is honest, reasoned, based on the information available, and revised when the facts change — including when the honest answer is "this path is not right for this student" |
| Process | The plan exists, is maintained, is actually executed, and the deadlines are met on our side |
| Professional support | The named people do the work, at the cadence agreed, to a competent professional standard |
No one acting for us has authority to say otherwise, in any tier, in writing, orally, on WeChat, or in a sales conversation. A guarantee given to you does not bind us. If you are given one, tell support@infini-nova.com — we want to know.
3. What is in each service
Scope, deliverables, cadence, duration and price by tier are published on the site and fixed for you in the Service Order (the “Service Order and Change Order”). Read the Service Order as the authoritative statement of your scope; the website is a description, not a contract.
Common to every tier: an initial assessment; a written plan; scheduled reviews; a named point of contact; and defined North American involvement at defined touchpoints.
Never included in any tier: writing the student's work; guaranteeing an outcome; third-party fees (Payment, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy §3); legal, immigration, medical, psychological, tax or investment advice; or anything that breaches Academic Integrity and Student Original Work Policy.
4. What our North American mentors are — and are not
They are practising professionals and academics who participate at the points set out in your Service Order.
They are not: employees or representatives of any school or university; members of any admissions committee acting in that capacity; able to advocate for, influence or secure any admission decision; or a channel to "inside information". Any mentor's relationship to their own institution is personal and professional, and is not a relationship between that institution and us.
They are engaged as independent contractors, are bound to our integrity rules, and must disclose conflicts of interest.
5. 🔴 How to read our case studies and mentor profiles
Every case study on the site carries a source label, and the labels mean different things:
| Label | What it is | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Mentor's prior history | Something a mentor did before working with us, with a student who was never our client | Not a VeyJet client outcome |
| Network story | An experience from our professional network | Not our client, not our work |
| STEM project case | A project done under our mentorship | Not a promise of a similar result |
| Corporate case | Institutional or programme work | Not an individual student outcome |
A mentor's prior student is not our result. We publish these because a firm at our stage is entitled to show the real experience of the people who do the work — and not entitled to let you mistake it for a track record we have not yet built.
Where a profile, a credential, an affiliation or a result is not yet verified, the site shows a placeholder such as [to be updated] rather than a plausible-sounding invention. We would rather look incomplete than look fabricated.
Testimonials and results are published only under a signed release (the “Testimonial, Case Study and Likeness Release”), are not selected to imply a typical result, and carry any disclosure the FTC endorsement rules require.
6. Regulatory status
Our clients are families in mainland China and the service is provided by our Hong Kong entity. Several US states regulate educational consultants, private career schools or placement agencies through registration, bonding or a prescribed contract form; those regimes address firms soliciting residents inside that state, which is not how we operate. If we do take on a client resident in such a state, we will confirm the local requirements and agree the position with that client before accepting the engagement — not sign first and sort it out afterwards.
7. If the honest answer is no
If we assess that the US undergraduate path is not right for a student, or that a target is not realistic, or that we are not the right firm for the engagement, we will say so — including when it costs us the engagement. That is what the judgment responsibility in §2 actually means, and it is the part of this document we would most like you to hold us to.
