1. Two kinds of message, and they are not the same
Service messages — a reply to your enquiry, scheduling, a report, an invoice, a deadline reminder, a change to these terms. These are part of the service you asked for. You cannot unsubscribe from them while engaged, though you can change the channel.
Marketing messages — seminars, articles, new services, events. Opt-in only, always separate from engaging us, never pre-checked, never bundled, and never a condition of service or price. You can opt out at any time, and opting out never affects the service you receive or what you pay (Privacy Policy §11).
2. How consent is obtained and recorded
We record, for every marketing consent: who, which channel, the exact wording shown, the date and time, the page or form, and how it was given. We keep that record for as long as we may need to prove it, plus 3 years (Privacy Policy §8).
We do not buy lists, we do not use email addresses scraped from anywhere, and we do not treat an enquiry about a service as consent to marketing.
3. By jurisdiction
United States — CAN-SPAM
Every commercial email: accurate "From", "Reply-To" and subject; identified as a solicitation where it is one; our valid physical postal address (above); and a clear, working opt-out that costs nothing. We act on an opt-out within 10 business days and never sell or transfer a suppressed address.
United States — TCPA (calls and texts)
We do not make autodialed or pre-recorded marketing calls, and do not send marketing SMS, without prior express written consent that identifies us, the channel and the fact that consent is not a condition of purchase. A STOP reply ends it immediately. We observe calling-time restrictions and check the National Do Not Call Registry before any marketing call.
We do not send marketing SMS. We will not send you promotional text messages and we do not use your mobile number for SMS promotion. A service message — confirming the time of a meeting you already agreed to, for example — is not marketing, and is only sent if you gave us a mobile number.
If we ever introduce SMS marketing, TCPA one-to-one consent, carrier 10DLC registration and CTIA messaging rules all apply, and we would ask for your separate consent at that point rather than relying on any permission you have given today.
Canada — CASL
Express consent, obtained separately, before the first commercial electronic message (subject to the narrow existing-business-relationship implied-consent window). Every message identifies us, gives our postal address, and carries an unsubscribe that works for at least 60 days and is actioned within 10 business days. We keep the consent record. Penalties under CASL are individual and substantial, so this is enforced as a hard rule, not a preference.
Mainland China and Hong Kong
Marketing by phone, SMS, email or WeChat is sent only on an express, separately obtained, revocable consent. For Hong Kong, the PDPO direct-marketing regime requires that we tell you the kinds of personal data to be used and the classes of goods and services marketed, obtain your consent, and stop on request — and we must not use your data for direct marketing until you have given that consent. Opt-out instructions are in every message.
4. WeChat
WeChat is the channel most families prefer, and it is also the easiest place to blur the line between a service message and a broadcast. Rules:
- A group or broadcast push is a marketing message and needs opt-in.
- One-to-one service communication about your own engagement does not.
- No staff member markets from a personal WeChat account in a way that makes the sender's identity unclear.
- A request to stop — in any words, in any channel — is an opt-out, and we record it as one.
5. Opting out
Reply "unsubscribe"/"退订", use the link in any message, or email support@infini-nova.com. We action it within 10 business days and keep you on a suppression list permanently — which is the one record we do not delete on request, because deleting it would allow us to contact you again.
6. Our own conduct rules
No pressure selling, no artificial deadlines, no fabricated scarcity, no "only-two-places-left", no claims about outcomes (Service Scope and No-Guarantee Statement §2), no comparative claims about competitors we cannot substantiate, and no testimonial without a signed release (the “Testimonial, Case Study and Likeness Release”). Every campaign is approved against these rules and logged before it is sent (the “Complaints, Refunds and Incident Response” §5).
