Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 4 May 2026 · Version v1.0
VeyJet — InfiniNova Limited (星天域有限公司) · support@infini-nova.com
Applies to the website, our communication channels (email, WeChat, video calls) and the delivery of services.
1. What we ask of you
Deal with us honestly. Give accurate information. Treat our people — most of whom are working directly with your child — with the courtesy you would expect from them.
2. Prohibited requests
Do not ask us, and do not ask anyone acting for us, to:
- ghostwrite or complete a student's work, or do anything else prohibited by Academic Integrity and Student Original Work Policy §2;
- fabricate, embellish or alter an activity, credential, transcript, recommendation or result;
- purchase a place, an award, a publication or a result;
- log into or submit through any platform as the student;
- guarantee an outcome, or put a guarantee in writing for use elsewhere;
- conceal information from a school, competition or platform that requires disclosure; or
- conceal information from the student's other legal guardian.
We will refuse, record the request, and may terminate under Education Consulting Services Agreement §8.
3. Prohibited conduct on the site
Do not: access or use the site unlawfully; probe, scan or test its security or defeat any access control; scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content; upload malware; impersonate anyone; submit another person's personal information without authority; submit anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing; overload or interfere with the service; or use the site or its content to build or train a competing service or model.
4. Conduct toward our people
Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment, and sustained abusive communication toward our staff, mentors or contractors are grounds for immediate suspension of the engagement. We will complete a written incident record and, where the conduct is criminal, report it.
This is not a clause about disagreement. You are entitled to complain, to escalate, to demand an explanation and to be unhappy with an answer, and that never counts as a breach of this section.
5. What we ask of ourselves
Our people are bound to the same standard in reverse: they do not guarantee outcomes, do not solicit clients away from us for private engagement, do not accept direct payment, do not use student material for their own purposes, do not contact a student outside the authorised channels, and do not retaliate against a complaint. Report a breach by anyone acting for us to support@infini-nova.com.
6. Enforcement
Proportionate and, except for immediate safety, integrity or legal risk, preceded by notice and a fair chance to respond: a warning; suspension of a channel or a piece of work; suspension of the engagement; termination under Education Consulting Services Agreement §8; and referral to authorities where required.
Where an engagement is terminated for breach, Payment, Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy §5.2 governs the money. Termination for cause does not cancel your right to a fair accounting for work not performed.
